RED (income declaration for INPS)

Pensioners' income declaration to INPS.

What it is

INPS (Italy's social security institute) asks for the RED form from pensioners who receive income-linked benefits.

It confirms that you still meet the requirements for top-ups, supplements or family allowances.

If it is not submitted, income-linked benefits may be suspended or withdrawn.

How we help

We complete the RED form and send it online to INPS.

We check whether INPS has requested it from you and which income, yours and your family's, needs to be declared.

Who it's for

  • Pensioners receiving the minimum pension top-up, social supplements or the quattordicesima (14th monthly payment)
  • Recipients of allowances or pensions whose amount depends on income
  • Pensioners who don't file a tax return or have income not declared for tax purposes

Documents to bring

  • 1ID and codice fiscale (tax code)
  • 2Letter or request received from INPS, if available
  • 3Certificazione Unica of the pensioner and, if requested, of the spouse
  • 4Paperwork for any other income, including tax-exempt or foreign income

Indicative list: depending on your situation we may ask for other documents.
